# Stamina

### What is Stamina?

In SOUNI, Stamina is a resource that is consumed every time players battle in Adventure (PVE). Each battle cost 5 Stamina.

* The Stamina value contains 3 portions: initial value, upper limit, and recovery speed.
* All new players have 0 initial Stamina value 0 recovery speed.

### **How to get it?**

Players need to stake $SON in the game and then obtain Stamina, increase the upper limit and increase the recovery speed. (Refer to the table below for specific settings)

**1.Definitions:**

* SPR (Stamina Regenegration Rate) (per Second)
* SSA (SON Staking Amount)
* Stamina Cap: Maximum stamina regenegration

**2.Calculation Method**

### Rules

1. Initial staking(instant gain): You will obtain Stamina immediately after initial staking.&#x20;
2. The initial stamina recovery speed is zero. And the stamina recovery will be unlocked after the pledge reaches the lowest level.
3. The staked $SON can be retrieved after 24 hours, and the stake amount can be accumulated.
4. The stamina recovery speed is instant after the stake level is increased. If the stake amount has not reached the next level, the stamina recovery speed is calculated according to the current level.
5. The upper limit of Stamina increases with the stake level.
